360Flex 2011 – Unconferences rock!

You know what’s better than all the content we’ve got on tap for 360|Flex 2011? Adding a few more sessions on Monday thanks to the Rocky Mountain Adobe User Group (RMAUG) (that link will take you to the schedule), that’s what.

We could fill a week or two with the great submissions we got for 360|Flex 2011, but unfortunately only have so much room. Luckily the RMAUG crew is hosting a few of those sessions we couldn’t accept in a special 1 day only add on room on Monday. Go check out the line up!

Just another reason your money and the experience itself go farther at 360|Flex ;)

36Flex 2011 – Birds of a Feather

We’ve got two awesome Birds Of a Feather sessions lined up for 360|Flex 2011.

Monday night in the tradition of many a 360|Flex, we’ve got the Flex team in the house to answer questions, hang out, tell secrets*, etc. : ) They’ll be gathered ’round to meet the community, get your thoughts and feedback.

*For the ‘secrets’ part you might need to bring them a beer or three, but it can be done :)

Tuesday night, our local User Group, the Rocky Mountain Adobe User Group, is hosting a BOF.

Join the RMAUG crew Tuesday night for “Open Screen Project: Views from the Trenches”

It’s the first half of 2011 and Adobe’s Open Screen Project initiative has started to really gather some momentum. From a vision of grandeur to the assimilation of a number of different devices and form factors, the Open Screen Project is well on it’s way to becoming a fully realized reality. From Windows, Mac, Linux, to Android, QNX, iOS, and WebOS Adobe has significantly increased the audience consuming ActionScript-based applications on devices from Desktop, web, tablet, mobile, and TV. Come hear how this initiative looks from the eyes of your peers, fellow ActionScript and Flex developers. Gain some insight on how to ride this multi-screen wave of the future.
