360Flex – half the early tickets are gone!
Over half of our early adopter tickets are sold. They sold before we had the schedule, before we had announced our first sponsors. That means that now that the schedule is live, and you can see all the kick ass, frakkin’ awesome topics and speakers we’re going to have, you have a very small window to save $100.
I know it’s not a huge amount, but if you think about it, in the scheme of 360|Flex pricing, it’s 1/5 the price. 20% That’s not bad!
For that kind of money where else are you going to get FREE hands on training the day before the conference, sessions on the Open Source Media Framework, the Text Layout Framework, MultiTouch, Green threading and more? We’ve got 40+ sessions, and if you’re fast you can get them for $100 less than most everyone else.
Oh and don’t forget the panels. We’ve never done panels at 360|Flex, mainly because we’ve never been able to get them together, this time though… we have 3!
We’ll have more details soon on them, but you won’t want to miss any of them!
Register now, don’t miss THE Flex conference of 2010 (Well at least one of them, we’ll probably do 360|Flex East). Register now!
PayPal X Innovate 2009 is next week!
The PayPal team has a great speaker lineup, including Tim O’Reilly as one of the keynotes. Attending will be some of the most innovative developers in the world of mobile, consumer electronics and financial services. Early adopters will demonstrate how they’re already building businesses on the PayPal platform.
All conference attendees will receive exclusive access to not-yet-released PayPal APIs. You’ll also get the chance to work directly with PayPal engineers and other developers during hands-on labs and code-and-build sessions and interact with PayPal’s leadership team.
360MAX – Digital Primates Paying it Forward!
When Digital Primates came to us to sponsor 360|MAX, part of the sponsorship package was a free pass to MAX. Seeing as how they’ll be there anyway, they told us we could give it to someone in need of a ticket.
It just so happened Ali Daniali, Charity Code Jam Master, was in need of just such a ticket.
Digital Primates is a great company, and long time supporter of ours, and it’s cool to see companies like them and Simplified Logic give back to the community in these ways. In case you’re curious Simplified Logic gave all their extra 360|Flex passes for ATL, away to the community, rather than not use them.
360Flex – MAX 360Flex style! Call for Papers open
This October we’ll be in Los Angeles (On purpose) for Adobe MAX 2009. We’re excited to bring 360|MAX back, better than ever!
This time we’ve got a little bit of room to maneuver. We’ve got two passes we can give to 360|MAX speakers. These are NOT full conference passes, and we can’t cover hotel or anything. But for those in the SoCal area that can’t afford to attend MAX this might be a nice option!
360Flex – wrapping it up
Overall 360|Flex Indy was a huge success! Tom and I are very proud of the event, and extremely happy to have had everyone with us, we appreciate that there’s several options out there for technical conferences, and appreciate the faith, and hope we delivered.
