As part of our ongoing and awesome relationship with The Flex Show (I’m co host, by the way) we have onsite interviews. We’ve posted some of these before, but since it’s the holidays, and in case you missed them I wanted to share some of the interviews from past 360|Flex events in case you’ve never been, you can get a feel for the event.

360Flex needs a logo!

I Put the call out over twitter and it occurred to me, short of attending our events or at least getting our stickers, someone might not know what we’ve had before to get an idea of what we like. So here’s a little graphical history of 360|Flex events. These are all approved and used designs for the conference so should be a good indicator of our taste :)

So that’s what we’ve had. Our basic need is something that doesn’t take up a lot of space, can be used against any background for the most part, and would look killer on on a sticker.

This is a purely crowd sourced effort, the more the merrier to participate, we’ll accept the best, and give props to all. The need is, well. Now. We went live and tickets are on sale so we need logo pretty quick.

360Flex – Chad Udell’s Slide featured on Slideshare

So this is pretty cool!

This morning, we got an email from Slideshare letting us know that Speaker Chadd Udell’s slide deck “Developers are from Mars, Designers are from Venus” was being features in the design section of Slideshare.

We just wanted to share this with everyone, since we think it’s kinda cool, and extend a congratulations to Chad. It’s supposed to be in the spotlight for “the next 16-20 hours” Check it out!

360Flex Raffle winners – Session Surveys

Wanted to put a post out so that everyone knows who won our session survey raffles. The Raffles are really important, not just to Tom and I, but (way more so) to our speakers. We pass on survey feedback (anon of course) so that the speakers can learn and make changes to their topics, get better, etc.

We didn’t do a super great job making sure everyone knew that the survey tool , which is our bad for sure, we’ll do better about that, sorry.

For those who did take the time to fill out surveys, we appreciate it, the speakers appreciate it, and we’re glad to be able to try to make it worth your while.

During lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday we did a raffle of survey results submitted so far. Their were 10 copies of Flex Builder which went to;

Dave Matchack, Mark Doberenz, Bryce Barrand, Sam Singer, Sherry Parisi, Joel Spriggs, Jay Hagenow, Arnold K. Young, Kris Arnold, and JD Schrock

Congrats to you guys, you should be hearing from Adobe very soon. The awesome gal that handles this was putting on FlashCamp last week, so it’ll probably be this week.

We also announced that one lucky attendee would win a copy of Adobe Creative Suite 4 Master Collection. The lucky winner of that bad boy of software was David Ortinau. Congrats David! We’re getting the media and figuring out how to deliver it (it’s not a small download!)

We also had a copy of Fusion Reactor to give away and that went to Thomas Wilson

We also had a license of Flextras to give out, and two copies of Snagit and Camtasia.

Thanks to the miracle of modern science, and Adobe AIR, it’s not too late to provide session feedback.

The survey tool on your USB drives or downloadable here, not only enters you into the drawing for CS4 Master Collection, but also helps speakers to improve and provides valuable feedback for them and us.

If you went to a session and didn’t do a survey, come on dig deep and take 1.28 minutes (tops) to fill out the survey.
