360Flex – half the early tickets are gone!

Over half of our early adopter tickets are sold. They sold before we had the schedule, before we had announced our first sponsors. That means that now that the schedule is live, and you can see all the kick ass, frakkin’ awesome topics and speakers we’re going to have, you have a very small window to save $100.

I know it’s not a huge amount, but if you think about it, in the scheme of 360|Flex pricing, it’s 1/5 the price. 20% That’s not bad!

For that kind of money where else are you going to get FREE hands on training the day before the conference, sessions on the Open Source Media Framework, the Text Layout Framework, MultiTouch, Green threading and more? We’ve got 40+ sessions, and if you’re fast you can get them for $100 less than most everyone else.

Oh and don’t forget the panels. We’ve never done panels at 360|Flex, mainly because we’ve  never been able to get them together, this time though… we have 3!

We’ll have more details soon on them, but you won’t want to miss any of them!

Register now, don’t miss THE Flex conference of 2010 (Well at least one of them, we’ll probably do 360|Flex East). Register now!

360Flex – The Sunday Offerings are incredible!

For those of you that know us, you know we like to offer all sorts of hands-on classes the Sunday before 360|Flex, completely free to attendees.

360|Flex San Jose might actually raise the bar :)

For those new to the community, or looking to brush up on their skill we’ve got Adobe Certified Instructor Garth Braithwaite doing a full day Flex 101 – Intro to Flex workshop. If you’re new to Flex, or just want to bone up before the main event, Garth’s session is the one for you. Garth is awesome!

We’ve also got Justin Mclean Doing a full day of hands-on connecting Flex to Arduino. Yeah that’s right, take Flex and AIR, out of the computer, off the web, and play with some Hardware! This session is for those looking to do things like Kevin Hoyt will be talking about on Monday (Flex + Fidgets = BEER!). This is new type of training for us, we’ve never done a full day of training around hardware! It’s gonna be awesome.

What else?

Sid Maestre will be doing a half-day workshop on the MATE framework, if you’re curious about MATE, this is the workshop for you. MATE is a great framework, for your Flex apps, you should check it out if none of the other workshops are for you!

We’ve got more to announce, but I don’t want to blow your mind :)

360Flex – Badges Badges Badges

I’m the first to admit, I’m no designer! No really, I’m no designer, not even a little, a smidge, an iota.

However! This weekend I made these, take a look.

For our speakers I made these.

RIAdventure360 – Greg Burch Adobe Mobile awesomeness

Ok that’s a working overall title for Greg’s sessions at RIAdventure, but you get the gist.

We’ve got 2 sessions we’re working on with Greg;

1. Top Ten things you should know about developing for the iPhone
2. Flex Mobile (Slider)

Both discussions are gonna be kick ass. Greg is gonna be talking about awesome Adobe mobile stuff, which being so close to MAX, you’re not gonna see around anywhere else to this level yet.

A little about Greg: Greg has both pioneered and lead the engineering effort on many mobile initiatives, inside and out of Adobe. Most recently he has founded the Slider project which is bringing the Flex framework to mobile. Greg has over a decade of experience developing for mobile devices and consumer electronics. You can see examples of his work on devices across the world from cellphones to cameras to kiosks to point of sale systems ..and more. Greg will be giving a session outlining Slider and a session on iPhone development using Flash.

Don’t miss out, times running out! Register now!
