John and I have been working long and hard. Emphasis this time around is on the “hard” aspect. With over 130 submissions, it’s been tough trying to whittle down to just 50 sessions. After much sweat and tears, we managed to do it though. It sucks that we can’t have a week long show, but that’s not feasible for so many reasons.
For the typical 360|Flex attendee, here’s the goods you’re looking for!

The biggest thing that you’ll realize is missing is the new business track. If you submitted one of those, we’ll be responding shortly to that. We’re still ironing out the details, so please bear with us.
There are 50 sessions for you to choose from. This just has the titles, but we’ll get descriptions to you shortly as well. As you can see, it’s going to be another awesome conference! There are a handful (literally!) of the $360 tickets left. Register quick because tickets are currently $480. After that block sells out, they flip to $550. Don’t say we didn’t warn you.
You guys did a good job with the schedule (sure, my talk is included :)).
For the future conferences, I’d consider making the presentations shorter to squeeze in more speakers.
To make sure that you’ll still make some money out of his event, adding a business track is a necessary evil.
I count 52. haha.
Nice selections guys. I’m a big fan of the 90 minute lunch.
I noticed there is a time slot for Sunday the 17th and read somewhere that there will be training sessions that day. Is there any information on what the sessions will be covering?
@Rob
We’re still working out the details on Sunday. We have a few things in the works and we’ll post them live when we have the details.
Thanks!
Looks like the schedule pdf link is broken…
@Tracey The link should be fixed now. Please let us know if it’s not.
Still getting “NOT FOUND”.
@Tracey I think we figured out the problem.
If you could refresh the page and then try again. Thanks.
OHHHH! So where is the cloning machine so I can attend all of the sessions! There are at least 2 in every time slot that I want to attend. This is so not fair. =)
@Greg We’re working on that…but that’s gonna cost extra. LOL
when does the hands on stuff start on sunday… i need to know for travel info. i am driving and dont want to wander around all day if there is nothing to do. also, do we need our own computers with flex installed for the hands on?
@AJ Hands on stuff usually starts about 9 am. Currently, it’s just the 101 stuff. We’re working on others.
Yes, it’s BYOLaptop with Flex preinstalled. We do not provide computers for any of the hands on stuff.
Any luck on an updated schedule? Still looking at signing up, but want to see what you have planned.
d'oh sorry Chris. We've been updating the file, just never blogged about it. I'll do that now, but take a look. it's uptodate. Chris Keeler is actually on it and won't be able to make it, 'll update that.
