Looks swanky, I am surprised they let our kind in there. :)
Honestly though, way to go on having the conference in the hotel again. It makes things much more convenient when running back to your room is a 2 minute process instead of 20.

Yeah, I told them you were a crazy bunch, but they were game. LOL
Sweet thing about this place too is that speakers will hopefully all have Pullman car rooms. I stayed in one, way fun and the only place in the States you can do that! I just hope no one hijacks an engine and runs off with the speakers in their rooms! :)

Train cars…? Sweet. I just need to remember to bring my 007 attache case and have my Walther PPK handy in case we run into some of SPECTRE’s henchmen.

Did you know that that hotel in Indy is sold out? I was only able to book Saturday night. Is there going to be an alternative hotel?

For Airport-to-Hotel transportation, FYI:
There's a "Green Line Express" Airport/Downtown bus that stops near the Crown Plaza. Pick it up at ground transportation, drops you off in Circle Centre (a 2 minute walk from the hotel). $7 1-way, leaves @20m from 5a->9p; see indygo.net/green_line.htm . Saves on the otherwise $30+ cab fare.
