Our pals, and Diamond level sponsors, Simplified Logic made Tom and I this google map just after our visit to Indy a few months back.
It’s jam packed with information; hotels, food, points of interest. Feel free to contribute.
Also if you’re planning to attend, make sure to get your room secured. The Indianapolis 500 is the week after 360|Flex, and rooms will be hard to find the later you wait.

I searched for room rates on the hotel site link above, but all entries for dates returned “no rooms available”

Hmmm…I just did a search for checking in on Sunday (May 17) and checking out Thursday (May 20). That worked.
What dates did you use?

I used a bunch of dates, none worked. The ones I’m interested in are 16th and 21st. Get the msg “No lodging matches your search criteria. Please change your search options and retry.” Using FF 2.0.0.18, cookies, js, etc. on. Same thing in Opera 9.01, same in IE 6.0. So I’m at a loss at how to book online, I guess I’ll have to do it over the phone.

It’s the 16th that’s “sold out” and thus not giving you any days. I’ll call the hotel on Friday to see what’s up, though we may not be able to find out what’s up til Monday due to the holiday.
You can book the 17th to 21st right now, if you really want to.

360|Flex, a White Castle, and Bow Chicka Bow Bow all within walking distance. A great conference indeed!

I see now that the 15th and 16th are also options now, thanks guys.
To add dates to your reservation,
1. Click on the hotel reservation link above.
2. Click on "Already Have a Reservation?"
3. Enter your last name & reservation number, select "modify your reservation"
4. Click on Edit in "Room & Check-in Details"
5. Click on "Extend your stay," select a new check-in date, and save.
