Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation Policy

In the unfortunate event that we cancel the conference, only the registration fee will be reimbursed 100%. Hotel and airfare are the responsibility of the attendees.

Refund policy

Full refunds are available up until 3 weeks before the conference, no penalties. After that we’ve committed to those numbers for SWAG, etc. and are unable to offer any refunds on conference registration.

We do not prohibit the transfering of registrations to another person.
