360|Flex, now 360|Stack was started in 2007 by Tom and John. We started a conference company because we thought conferences were too expensive, and didn’t deliver value that reflected the price.
Tom left to keep writing software, John stayed on. I love community, and organizing events. I love having everyone come together to share the awesome things they’re working on with each other.
John’s wife Nicole jumped in to help John run the company and the conferences. I’m good at lot of parts of the conference business, Nicole is even better at keeping me on target. Without her I’d probably be off staring at flowers all day.
